MardiGras Anyone?

Well here it is MardiGras Tuesday - Shrove Tuesday or as some refer to it as FatTuesday. Whatever you choose to call it, it's generally a day where we as Catholics eat a lot of pancakes and clear the house of any snacks and goodies that we have lying around.

In our house we refer to it as Shrove Tuesday. We have a long time family tradition of serving pancakes for supper. Tonight will be no different. We'll have some homemade pancakes, sizzling sausages served with some pure maple syrup and lot's of hot tea.

Happy Mardi Gras to you all!
