Wordless Wednesday - Knitting

This is a picture of me knitting the second hanging tea towel for the prize in the Knitted-Give-A-Way Contest. Still plenty of time to enter, the moret entrants the bigger the prize.

  1. I know how to crochet but I wish I could knit. Unfortunately, my blogging takes up way too much of my time!

  3. OK, so tomorrow I'm going to have a contest to name naughty things that Teamouse could knit to attract entrants to the contest! You are so funny. How do you knit with rings on? I sent you a personal e-mail...let me know if you don't get it.

  7. These look so neat! I am going to the library this week to see if I can find a book to teach me how to make some of these. You have inspired me...now if only I can figure out how to do this........lol:-)

  8. Never learned to knit. Cross-stitch and needlepoint were my crafts before my retinal problems.

  10. I am always busy - I knit a lot when I watch T.V.

I'm glad I've inspired you Karen - it's very 'zen' to knit, you'll be really glad you picked it up.

    I could never knit a naughty item....lol!

    Happy WW!~

  20. Great Wordless Wednesday post. I keep meaning to learn to knit, but so far haven't fit it in... lol. I do spin and weave though, and haven't touched my spinning wheel since last September. I really do have to get back to it one day soon. I was recently given a bunch of "fresh off the sheep" fleeces that I have to clean and get spun... then make a winter poncho... sigh. Wonder how many years this will take me.
