I'm feeling pickled!



Here's a good way to tell that DH and have been watching a bit of the Food Network on our holidays. He's whipped up a batch of Alton Brown's Dill Pickles. They're doing what they're supposed to right now, if all goes well we'll have pickles in just 7 more days.

  3. I have often thought of making fermented dill pickles but have not got around to it. Perhaps this year if I get some cucumbers.
