Cinnamon Swirls

Mixing the dough - I love being hands free. It left me free to take a few pictures.

Mixing up the cinnamon and butter spread.

Voila! The dough has doubled in size.

Ok - not the best rolling job - but look below they still turned out ok.

Ready to rise once more!

The first stage of the caramel glaze is now boiling.

Mixing the evaporated milk/brown sugar mixture with icing sugar and vanilla.

The results - oh so delicious!
